South Hampstead High School is seeking to appoint a dynamic, experienced and inspirational teacher to lead an expanding Computing Department as Head of Computer Science.
As an outstanding lead practitioner, you will teach Computer Science to highly motivated and talented pupils from Years 7 to 13. As well as delivering the curriculum, the role will involve developing opportunities beyond the classroom for students to get involved in extracurricular projects and competitions.
An excellent working knowledge of several programming languages is essential as students use Python, Visual Basic and Javascript as part of their lessons. The ability to teach Mathematics at any age range would be helpful.
