Bobby Moore Academy, a new school combining disciplined behaviour with disciplined thinking, is looking to recruit an inspirational Head of Computer Science. This role will deliver a rich and highly academic curriculum in the subject area, encompassing KS4 and KS5.

About the department

Successful candidates will be building on the solid foundations of our KS3 curriculum. Our goal in Years 7-9 has been to develop a robust conceptual framework that prepares students to apply a broad range of ideas to a variety of circumstances at KS4 and beyond. 

It is our belief that arriving at KS4 with a deep-rooted understanding of core concepts will allow students to apply their knowledge in increasingly complex scenarios when the time comes.

We are incredibly ambitious for our students at GCSE, A Level and beyond. We are looking for a Head of Computer Science who will share these ambitions and have the knowledge and energy to make them happen.
