Head of Computing

The core purpose of this post is to lead on Computing and ICT at Key Stage 3 and to contribute to the continuing development of the curriculum and to the overall development of this already strong and successful department. 

Having subject and curriculum knowledge so that the department has up-to-date schemes of learning and resources will be invaluable to the leadership of the Computing team. 

It is expected that the successful candidate will consistently plan and deliver good and outstanding lessons within the department. The College offers a range of Computing and ICT courses at every Key Stage including GCSE, iMedia IT, A’Level Computing and Level 3 Cambridge Technicals. We are looking for an innovative and forward–looking individual who can inspire students and contribute fully to a very active and successful Computing team.
