Location: Home based – with regular travel to the Trust’s schools and our London Head Office

Hours: Full time, Permanent

Salary: c£50,000 per annum

Creative Education Trust is a leading multi-academy trust dedicated to providing high-quality education to students across our network of 17 schools. We are seeking a Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing to join our team to enhance communication and content management across our network. Whilst also strengthening the presentation of our brand identity in line with our core values of excellence and dedication to education and community engagement.

This is a new role which is designed to maintain a consistent and professional outward-facing media brand, ensuring alignment with statutory expectations, and facilitating continued growth, recruitment efforts, and community connections. A key element of this role will be to devise and deliver a strategy aimed at increasing pupil numbers across our academies. This entails implementing targeted initiatives to attract prospective students and their families, while maintaining alignment with our core values.

The responsibilities for this role are wide and varied, and include strategic media planning, content creation, social media management, website oversight, stakeholder engagement, media compliance, brand consistency, internal communications, overseeing graphic design projects, reporting and analytics, team collaboration and budget management.
