Job overview

John Madejski Academy has a long history of success in the creative arts. The performing arts department is renowned for winning national and internal awards and has strong links with many partners across Berkshire, nationally and abroad.

Our students enjoy a large number of performances each year, in and out of the Academy. Results at KS5 are excellent and BTEC KS4 courses are on track for fantastic outcomes this summer. JMA has excellent facilities – a fully fitted drama studio, dance studio, music rooms and performance space.

This is a very exciting position where the right candidate has a remit to continue to grow the Academy’s impressive reputation across The Arts.
