Salary range: £45,758 - £49,823 per annum

As Head of Department, you will be responsible for an area of this growing curriculum. You will be a proactive specialist to join the existing team with either an Engineering or Electrical background. You will lead and manage a team ensuring high quality and inclusive learning, leading to wider participation and excellent achievement in various vocational courses offered in the department.

You will have proven experience of managing a vocational provision, ideally in FE, along with a relevant curriculum specialism and teaching qualification.
