About the School:-

The Royal Grammar School Guildford in Qatar opened in September 2016 with the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1. Based on the same principles as RGS Guildford, UK, RGS Qatar has quickly gained a reputation for providing outstanding education.  RGS Guildford Qatar currently educates girls and boys from Nursery to Year 11 on an attractive campus 10 minutes’ drive north of central Doha. Having established an excellent team of staff and outstanding facilities our new state of the art Secondary building will open for our students in August 2022.

About the role:

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Head of Department to lead our Business and Humanities faculty into the next phase of development at RGS Qatar.  We present an exciting opportunity to play an important part in the development and growth of our school. The successful candidate will have experience of leading a department as well up-to-date knowledge of current practices and educational pedagogy is a prerequisite for this role.  The successful candidate will also have experience of teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 whilst also having a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in Business at both KS4 and KS5.
