The ideal Head of Department / English Teacher must have a great knowledge of teaching A Level English Literature and be sympathetic to the Hindu ethos of the school. In order to be considered for this role, the Head of Department / English Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

· Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree, you will be a graduate in English or a related degree

· Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum

· Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

· Be able to provide references and valid DBS/police checks
