We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join St. Cuthbert’s RC High School, a popular and exciting school with our state of the art building providing a wonderful environment for learning.  


The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified practitioner with a proven track record of success to lead the Modern Foreign Languages Department.  The role would suit someone who is already a proven Head of Department and is looking for career development in a large department or someone who is ready to step up to Head of Department for the first time but can evidence successful leadership attributes and impact.  


The successful candidate will be joining a school which is progressive, innovative and extremely ambitious.  The Governors and Senior Leaders are committed to professional development and staff well-being.  The successful candidate will be supported via a bespoke training and development plan appropriate to their individual needs and aspirations.
