All Hallows is an Ofsted outstanding school in all areas with progress that puts us in the top 100 schools in the country. We are in the top five per cent of schools in terms of progress between Key Stage 2 and the end of Key Stage 4, using the Progress 8 measure.

We wish to appoint a well-qualified, ambitious MFL teacher to the post of Head of Department. The MFL Department currently has 6 staff, and has an excellent record of success, with 62% of students achieving the higher GCSE grades (9-4) French and 70% in German in 2019. The department also has a strong track record of results at A-level, teaching French, German and Spanish with 100% of students achieving A*-B. This is a supportive department, where ideas are welcomed and best practice is shared.
