The position

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at The Mandeville School as Head of Performing Arts. We are deeply committed to providing students with an environment in which they can achieve.

 The successful candidate will lead the Performing Arts team, working alongside the SLT and our student support team, to create an environment where learning thrives and students maintain the highest standards of behaviour. The approaches recently introduced are taking the school in the right direction. [School leaders] are more rigorous than previously and determined to improve the school. This resolve is now having a positive impact on most pupils’ daily experiences.
