Due to significant growth, expansion and commercial ventures we are seeking to appoint a Head of Domestic Services across our school sites to be a champion for standards and quality and a leader and role model for staff whose daily work is crucial for the smooth running of the schools.

Leading an expanding team of housekeeping staff, this is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication and planning to meet the needs of the business which operates year round across multiple sites. Liaising with House Staff, the academic teams and the commercial teams across the sites and to be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site.

Founded in 1928, Westonbirt School is a secondary school with a sixth form for boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 18. There are currently around 500 pupils enrolled at the school. It is situated on 210 acres of land in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The school has a thriving boarding community. Pupil numbers have grown rapidly since the transition to full co-education in September 2019. A whole site development masterplan is in place which has seen significant investment in new teaching spaces, boarding accommodation, sports facilities and infrastructure.
