Head of Drama

An inspirational Head of Drama is required to join a well-established and creative Drama department in a lively and ambitious school. 

The successful candidate will be a dedicated and experienced Drama teacher, preferably with previous departmental management experience. 

Year after year, the Senior School pupils produce delightful, intriguing and moving performances, supported by our committed Drama Department.  The team are warm, friendly, and known within our community for their passion and creativity.  

The Drama Department is located in, and has sole use of our Leo Price theatre, with purpose-built stage, exceptional acoustics and tiered seating.  Along with one other, very able teacher, there is the yearly post of Drama Assistant and a very experienced Drama and Theatre Technician.  The College also engage a number of visiting theatre professionals who give our pupils a real feel for life treading the boards.

The successful candidate can expect rewarding teaching, supportive colleagues and a salary that is above the national scale. 

The position becomes available from the start of the Autumn Term, September 2022.
