This is an exciting opportunity for a highly talented and experienced teacher, who wishes to make a real impact. Required for September 2017, we are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and imaginative Drama and Theatre Arts teacher to lead this thriving and well-resourced department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success at KS3, 4 and 5, and the ability to provide inspirational leadership of the department. Chiswick School is an academy of over 1200 students situated in a pleasant suburb of West London with good rail links.
The successful candidate will:
· be passionate about the teaching of Drama and able to lead and inspire others to achieve success
· an outstanding practitioner able to show evidence of excellent progress across Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level
· an excellent leader who is able to inspire, motivate and develop students and staff
· be able to make a strong contribution to the success of Performing Arts and be committed to providing outstanding extra-curricular provision
