Job overview

Job Description
Be superb at your job!

We began a rapid journey to become 'Beyond Outstanding' over a year ago.  If you missed out on the previous opportunity to join us, don't worry because we are now ready to add even more capacity by appointing additional staff who have what it takes to be key to our vision.

When we say we are looking for the best, what we mean by this is that we are looking for ‘the best’!
Is this you?

We have the happiest team of staff in the country.
We have fun, we work hard together and play hard together.
Are you going to fit in?

When we say that we aim higher than most schools, what we mean is that we aim only to emulate or improve upon best practice in the UK.
Does this match your aspiration?

We will support you more than you thought was possible within a school.
We will coach you to develop yourself by training others.
Are you reflective enough?

We could say more but we believe that, often, less is more.
Are we for you?

If you would like to be part of our great team and work in a great school with a unique ethos, we would very much like to meet you.  If you would like to visit the academy, or discuss the exciting opportunities we have to offer, please contact Miss Millsop, PA to the Principal on 01536 316367 or email WendyMillsop@kba.uk

To apply, please download the application form, applicant monitoring form and confidential disclosure form and return via email to Sharon Stratton, HR Officer:   SharonStratton@kba.uk

Closing date: 10th February 2016 at 12 noon.
Interviews: 22nd-23rd February 2016.
