The Head of Early Years and Primary position brings a unique opportunity to work innovatively supporting the Executive Chief Officer Education and Learning.

You will be part of a dynamic Senior Management Team working cross service and in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, staff, service users and communities at a time of significant change and challenge.

The Council’s vision is to be ambitious, sustainable and connected and this is delivered through the Highland Council Programme ‘Local Voices Highland Choices’ and Corporate Plan; alongside ‘Ambitious Highland - an Investment Strategy for Health and Prosperity; and the Recovery, Improvement and Transformation Programme.
