Our service focuses on securing successful schools which are effectively supported to ensure that Stockton’s children benefit from education of the highest quality. 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a service which is highly regarded by its schools.  On many measures, Stockton schools perform strongly but we are not complacent and are looking for someone to help to us to continue to improve and grow our service offer.
 
You will have a proven track record of school improvement, the ability to build mutually respectful relationships and provide clear evidence of strong impact on raising standards for all.

You will have successful experience of leading and managing teams and will continue our drive to ensure that all educational provision is good or outstanding, and that all pupils make good progress.
