Heads of Department are key middle managers in the College structure and the successful candidate will be expected to show excellent skills of team management, to demonstrate a readiness to innovate and an ability to motivate and guide team members in all aspects of their professional lives. The post-holder will also be required to demonstrate teaching expertise in appropriate areas of the teaching programme and to teach within these areas as the timetable requires.
The successful candidate will have a good degree in a relevant/related subject.
