The role would be suitable for someone looking to move into senior middle leadership or build upon their current experience at that level.
The successful candidate will be dynamic and innovative; providing professional and strong leadership for the department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning; enhancing further the excellent exam results of the English Department. He/she will be an exceptional classroom practitioner delivering lessons that motivate our students to achieve and who will lead and develop the delivery of English in Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
