The English department is one of the most successful within the school, providing the ideal platform for the right leader to shine. Considerable investment has ensured that the department is innovative in its approaches to Teaching and Learning. There is a strong focus upon embedding foundation skills in years 7 and 8; teachers are supported to plan collectively to ensure the highest of standards. Recent results show considerable progress and we are looking for someone who can take our English department to the next level.
