Do you want to lead one of Lincolnshire’s best performing English Departments? Have you got the drive to take this department even higher? If the answer is yes, then we want you! The Governors of Boston High School invite applications from well qualified graduates to take up this leadership post in September 2017. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom teacher who has the ability and ambition to lead a very successful department. You will lead and line manage seven members of staff, including an English Pupil Premium Mentor.
