Caister Academy are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified teacher with excellent leadership skills as Head of Department for English, to start in September 2019.  Caister provides an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, imaginative and ambitious candidate to lead a strong, experienced department in our ambitious and growing school situated on the coast of Caister.  All teachers have their own classroom, equipped with an interactive whiteboard, visualiser and storage space. The English results have consistently been the strongest within the Academy, although we are always striving for improvement.

As part of the Creative Education Trust – a growing multi-academy trust – we aim to inspire and enable young people to build successful lives on foundations of learning, resilience and employability.
