English is taught in Years 7-9 and through English Literature and Language at IGCSE and IB Diploma level. Ideally applicants will have experience of teaching these courses in the UK or overseas for at least 6 years. The department consists of four teachers. All applicants should hold a first degree plus a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e. PGCE for UK applicants). For the right person there may be significant further opportunities for leadership in pastoral / academic areas.
