The Directors of The Bishop Wheeler Catholic Academy Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated Head of Estates to provide estates management services for our Trust of 10 schools. This is an exciting, emerging role which would suit an experienced candidate looking to take their next career move. You will welcome the challenge of creating a single Estates team across our schools to provide a quality service and significant efficiency savings. The successful candidate will have experience of leading a high performing team of staff, with a recognised qualification in Estates / Facilities Management and / or Health & Safety or suitable relevant experience. Whilst experience of working within an education setting would be advantageous, this is not essential.
You will join a friendly team of people within the growing shared services team based at the premises of St. Mary’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, Menston but frequently travelling around our schools across Leeds, Skipton, Ilkley, Harrogate and Knaresborough. This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate looking for a challenge, who is willing to develop the role to provide an unparalleled level of service for our academies.
