This is a crucial position of responsibility: the person appointed will provide academic and pedagogical leadership of the faculty and will work closely with the Senior Leadership team as part of our commitment in putting ‘Students First’. You will be an inspiring leader with the energy and creativity to lead and motivate a team.  You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students.

We are seeking only outstanding candidates with an art or food technology specialism, who can realise the highest possible quality of leadership to support our educational vision. Your strong leadership and ability to provide effective support to colleagues will enable the organisation to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our students.

You will have significant experience of curriculum management and development, across a range of areas, with a proven track record of securing sustained improvements. You will also know how to gather, analyse and interpret information to help you effect change and improvement.
