MPS or UPS salary scale (£22,467- £38,250 per annum) plus a TLR allowance of £9,672 per annum. Required from September 2017.

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Head of Faculty and Geography or History Teacher to lead a team of specialist and committed teachers. 

If you:

· are a dynamic and innovative leader who can lead to inspire staff and students

· can use data effectively to inform planning and improve students’ performance

· have a proven track record of excellent results at Key Stage 3 and 4

· ensure every pupil can receive an outstanding education

· be aspirational, with high expectations of staff and students

· are an outstanding classroom practitioner

· are committed to enabling every student to achieve the very best they can

· have a passion for Geography 

· can raise attainment in an already high achieving faculty through outstanding leadership

· are willing to become involved in the extra-curricular humanities activities at the school
