Required for September 2022, an ambitious and talented leader to lead the Science Faculty. The successful candidate will be able to motivate and inspire their team whilst demonstrating outstanding classroom practice.

We are keen to appoint a dedicated colleague who is a highly motivated and inspirational practitioner.  They will support our students to achieve in all aspects of their school life and who wants to be a key contributor to our school’s success in joining our senior leadership team and lead our science faculty. 

The successful candidate will join a supportive Science team and continue the excellent work already underway. The Science Department currently consists of eleven full time teachers including KS3 and KS4 co-ordinators, two part time teachers and five subject specific technicians who are clearly focused on raising standards of teaching to “outstanding” and ensuring all pupils make excellent progress.

About The Bromfords School

The Bromfords School is a co-educational secondary school and sixth form for pupils aged 11-18, located in Wickford, Essex. It has around 1150 pupils, over 90 of whom are in the sixth form.

The Bromfords School  key aim is to be a school where its pupils are happy; where they feel safe and able to express themselves; and where they can access a challenging and appropriate curriculum.
