Position Summary

St Peter's College is currently seeking applications for Heads of Faculty to work in our Senior School.

The Head of Faculty is a member of the Learning and Teaching Leadership Team and is directly responsible for teachers within the faculty area. The Head of Faculty is expected to manage staff, undertake administrative duties and nurture curriculum development in the Faculty.

This is a permanent full-time teaching position with 0.7 FTE allocated to teaching and 0.3 FTE allocated to the administrative duties of the Head of Faculty. 

As the successful applicant you will:    

  • Have a willingness to support the School’s values and Anglican ethos.    
  • Demonstrate high levels of competency in teaching practice.   
  • Contribute to the review, development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures.   
  • Have experience in fostering student wellbeing.
