Cleveland College of Art and Design is looking for a qualified individual with a track record of achievement, to support our Principal and Governors in delivering a shared vision and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan to take the College to the next phase of its development.
The Head of FE will lead all design arts based programme teams ensuring that high quality programmes of teaching enable students to achieve their qualifications and progress is common place. You will develop strong lines of communication across FE and HE to ensure whole college ethos for curriculum content, academic delivery and monitoring success. You will work closely with the Senior Management Team and the Principal on specific aspects of FE Curriculum Management.
You must have an Honours degree or equivalent qualification. You should be a positive and organised individual, ideally with a postgraduate qualification. You should have relevant professional experience of course or programme management in FE and experience of teaching a relevant art and design subject at FE.
