We are looking for an inspirational Head of Foundation Year Studies to establish a Foundation Studies Centre within the College of Science. The Centre will provide Foundation Year programmes preparing students for transition onto the major degree programmes offered by the College. Your leadership skills will be complemented by a strong track record in developing and delivering innovative FHEQ level 3 (equivalent to A level) curricula in science/engineering related subjects. You will have strong management skills and the ability to develop a talented and motivated team to deliver a high quality student learning experience. You will have a collegiate approach enabling you to work with staff across the different subject disciplines within the College and will have the ambition to succeed in an exciting, thriving and supportive atmosphere.
