The college has a large, vibrant English faculty that is heavily subscribed. Wyke is looking for an excellent Head of GCSE English to lead the GCSE Language and Literature courses to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with a record of high student achievement. They will be committed to quality improvement and have the ability to engage staff and students, supporting their team to provide a high quality experience to their students. Experience teaching at post-16 is not essential, willingness to contribute to the A-level teaching is desirable however.
