Aston Manor Academy (Secondary) is part of a Multi-Academy Trust that also sponsors a local Primary Academy. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner to join and lead our geography department. As an aspiring senior leader with excellent outcomes, you will have the ability to inspire staff and students to ensure ever better progress for all. Experience of leading a department is not essential, but we desire a forward thinking individual who has the determination and passion to promote geography across the school. As an Outstanding Academy, we want the successful candidate to help continue to drive student progress and achievement in geography.
