Position: Head of Governance and Policy

Salary Range: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Reporting to: Executive Director of Operations

Location of this position: London, with national travel

Here at Astrea we are ambitious for what system-leading governance within education can mean.  The role of Astrea Head of Governance and Policy is for someone looking to make an indelible mark on sector best practice, whether it’s through ensuring all layers of our governance model operate as a coherent whole, providing robust policy and regulatory advice to a highly-skilled and dedicated Board of Trustees, or facilitating local academy arrangements that challenge and support in equal measure.
