Bridgwater & Taunton College are looking to appoint a new Head of Health and Integrated Care Development.
The Head of Health & Integrated Care Development is a key role for Bridgwater & Taunton College as it strengthens and develops links with health and care stakeholders in the county and beyond, working together to address the skills shortage in the sector.
The post-holder will provide effective leadership and management across this new faculty which also includes Early Years provision from level 2 – 6, alongside a range of health and social care programmes at all levels. They will lead a team to fully realise the opportunities for training and study within this sector and develop a portfolio of programmes, alongside those already in place, through collaboration and partnerships with employers and Universities.
The Head of Health & Integrated Care Development will have excellent communication skills, the drive to realise an ambitious vision, a passion for teaching and learning and be committed to driving continuous quality improvement.
