This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of History to join our successful school.

 

History is a thriving subject at the school with 12-14 groups at GCSE and four at A Level. The department is growing and consists of five staff. Outcomes are strong and History is a popular university destination.

 

The successful candidate will teach History to both GCSE and A’ Level, and promote excellent student progress.

 

We are a successful and high-achieving upper school based in a unique location, in the heart of rural Bedfordshire, with excellent transport links. We are situated one mile from the M1 and within walking distance to a train station with routes to London and the Midlands.
