At Isca Academy, we are relentlessly ambitious for all our pupils and intend to have the best outcomes in the country by 2027. We are at the start of a five-year journey to becoming the best school in the country and are unapologetic about this ambition. We intend to transform Isca into a beacon of national excellence in order to support the improvement of education in the South West. We are building a world-class coaching system in which you will receive high-leverage, weekly feedback underpinned by deliberate practice.

We are working alongside the Ted Wragg Trust to build a low-workload, knowledge-rich, and expertly sequenced curriculum.

We will articulate with clarity as leaders what excellence in the classroom and curriculum design looks like so that you know clearly how to embrace this.
