Job overview

Durham School seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Head of History for September 2018.  The position is full-time and will suit an experienced qualified teacher who wants to build on a very successful department.  The successful candidate will be able to teach History to A Level; some experience of preparing candidates for Oxbridge entrance would be helpful but not essential. All staff at Durham School are expected to contribute fully to the extra-curricular and boarding life of this busy and successful School.
