A unique opportunity has arisen to join a successful and forward thinking department as Head of Hockey. Ampleforth has established an outstanding hockey programme where we challenge and support our very best hockey players and develop and nurture those students who are new to the game. Ampleforth has a proven track record of reaching National Quarter-Finals, North Finals, and winning HMC North of England Championships.
Responsible to the Director of Sport at Ampleforth College, the successful candidate will work with students of all ages and abilities to develop their talents and enthusiasm in both hockey and a summer sport, preferably cricket. There may also be the opportunity to deliver aspects of the KS3 and 4 Core Physical Education and GCSE and A Level Physical Education.
