Head of House – Pastoral and Behavioural Support for Students
Permanent – to start as soon as possible
37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year - Actual Salary £19,464
We are seeking to appoint a Head of House who will be a key player in our highly effective Student Services Team.
This non-teaching role provides welfare and behavioural support for students to ensure a high standard of learning, behaviour and achievement for all. The Head of House provides leadership and management for one of four House Teams and is responsible for promoting the ethos and success of the House within that of the school and college. You will work closely with the tutor team, students, teaching staff, Learning Support and will lead on House meetings and events.
