We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic leader to drive the progress and outcomes of curriculum taught at Corby Business Academy. The successful candidate will be joining a team with an innovative and determined commitment to teaching and learning.
The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified, dynamic and inspirational teacher who is committed to raising standards for all pupils and colleagues. If you have excellent organisational skills with the capacity to work with others to raise achievement through motivating and inspiring students then we would like to hear from you.
This position is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher who would relish the chance to advance his or her career. For the right candidate a further aspect of this role would involve leading a whole Academy pastoral strand in the form of Head of House. We would welcome both internal and external applications for this position.
In order to support the continuing professional development of all teaching staff, we operate additional PPA where staff teach at a maximum of 80% as standard; with this post having additional PPA for leadership. In addition, as part of the Brooke Weston Trust we access a range of CPD opportunities from the Teaching school for staff at all levels.
