Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR professional to lead the development and delivery of our HR function. This is an opportunity to lead and influence the development of HR within a supportive organisation.

We are looking for an individual who has highly effective influencing and enabling skills. Essential to the role are excellent communication and organisational skills and a proven track record of strategic planning. Joining us now offers a fantastic opportunity to help shape the next phase of our development and growth.

You will:

  • Be an experienced HR professional
  • Have experience of delivering people management and recruitment strategies
  • Possess a good working knowledge of current HR legislation and a proven ability to apply this knowledge in practice
  • Be able to evidence a demonstrable track record of transformation and change projects, including restructures and TUPE transfers

As Head of HR, you will lead, standardise and centralise our operational HR processes, systems and strategies, including developing, monitoring and evaluating the impact of policies and practices.
