An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Head of HR to join the team in this highly successful school. The post will suit a dynamic and positive leader, committed to the recruitment, welfare and professional development of our dedicated team of staff. The successful candidate will bring significant experience, ideally in an educational setting, and will be a strong communicator, decisive and well-organised, with exceptional inter-personal skills.


Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Head of HR will manage a team of two, and will have a particular focus on staff recruitment, staff professional development, HR policy, employee relations and the effective implementation of a new HR and payroll system.
