Northern Education Trust is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Head of Improvement (for Disadvantaged, Most Able and SEND). You will have significant relevant experience which will enable you to lead and oversee the Trust’s strategic plans to improve outcomes, learning and destinations for pupils and students who may be seen as disadvantaged including those in receipt of Pupil Premium funding; for those who may be classed as the most able and gifted and for those with special education needs and disabilities.
Working at a strategic level to address these key areas across the Trust you will be influential and credible and be able to provide advice, challenge and support to Principals, senior leaders and governors.
Some travel across the Trust academies in the northern region will be required for this position.
