Head of Inclusion role on offer working with a well-renowned group of 37 schools within the South of the UK.
Tes is currently seeking to speak with School Leaders who have a demonstrated record of success running Inclusion within high-performing and struggling schools. The role will take lead on Inclusion across the groups 37 schools, supporting the school leadership team to drive whole school improvements.
The successful candidate will lead on all SEND and inclusion approaches (including behavior, exclusions and attendance) through-out the groups 37 schools. You'll direct process to ensure that all schools meet their responsibilities under the SEND Code of Practice and other relevant legislation.
This is a new role within the trust and will be initially available for a fixed-term period of 3 years.

The school expects:
- Qualified Teacher Status, with a SENCO qualification
- substantial and successful experience of leading and managing SEND, inclusion and attendance at a senior level within a large and complex organisation
- experience of using data to identify insights and subsequent actions
- experience of developing policy and guidance and successfully managing change
- experience of leading people and teams that you have not directly line managed but have gained alignment and engagement through influence and relationships.
