You will lead, influence, shape and challenge at a senior level to inform service planning, delivery, development and manage associated budgets. Delivering the vision and strategy which enables inclusion, special educational needs, disability and services to achieve our ambitions for children and young people is the key purpose of this role.
You will work collaboratively with the Education and Children's Directorate leadership team and our partners in health and schools to achieve the service vision and aims. Leading your management team you will drive change and innovation across the service, delivering the Lancashire SEND Partnership improvement plan. The successful candidate will have an inspirational leadership style, a track record of leading SEND partnerships across education, care and health sectors and the creativity and resourcefulness to develop services.
