An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-qualified and inspirational teacher to assume the role of Head of Individual Needs. Our Individual Needs Department comprises of Learning Support and Emotional Guidance Counselling. The Head of Individual Needs will oversee provision in this area including informal and formal support plans for students. This role also carries responsibility as our School's Safeguarding Officer, with responsibility for the implementation of the school's Safeguarding strategy. Experience in Safeguarding matters is essential for this post. We would welcome applications from colleagues with a teaching, educational psychology, or social work background (or from related fields).
