Pay Scale: Scale Point 38 – 42 £34,106 – £38,052 (per annum)

Hours of Work: 37 hours Monday to Friday, however a degree of flexibility is required to ensure the needs of the Trust, its learners and staff are met.

Office base:   Trust Head Office, Cottingham High School.                (Time will be split between Trust schools as appropriate)

Required as soon as possible, a suitably experienced manager to work within our central services team .

Working with the Trust ICT Strategy Group, to develop an ICT strategy, operational plans, policies, procedures and systems, to identify the future use of technology within the Trust, meet the needs of an expanding MAT and drive resilience, service improvements and solution delivery that enhances teaching and learning.  

The postholder will provide technical leadership and high-level advice to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Group and the Trust Board, to guide strategic and operational decision making on the application and use of ICT to meet the Trust’s aims and values.

They will be responsible for the entire group ICT infrastructure and internal end-user services.

The Consortium Academy Trust (TCAT), based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, was formed in September 2017 by the coming together of Cottingham Academy Trust, The Hessle Community Academy Trust and Wolfreton School and Sixth Form College to form a new Multi Academy Trust, approved by the Department for Education (DfE) as an Academy Sponsor.

Although the Trust is relatively new, we have already grown from the three founding schools and welcomed Croxby Primary School into our family in October 2017, Howden Secondary School from September 2018 and more recently Holderness Academy in October 2018.
