Hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, but evening and week-end work will sometimes be necessary. Some flexibility in the normal hours may be possible, plus attendance at Open Days, INSET days and occasional training days.

We have a fantastic job opportunity for a Head of IT who has significant experience leading, developing and managing a centralised IT function with the ability to oversee and develop core IT systems and infrastructures.
Working as the Head of IT you will play a key role in the determination of the IT service and provision to St George’s Weybridge. You will oversee and develop the core IT systems and infrastructure and identify, plan and lead projects throughout the entire project life cycle in line with the IT Strategy.
As the Head of IT, you will have excellent operational experience, combined with a deep awareness of IT Hardware, Systems / Infrastructures and Software. You will be an outstanding communicator, capable of translating complex/technical to non-technical. You will also possess excellent staff leadership skills with the ability to manage, deploy and develop your team effectively.
