Head of IT Services

Hurlingham Preparatory School are seeking a Head of IT Services to play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day management and development of the School’s computer and IT service and provision.

The Head of IT Services is a key role and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workings of the Systems Administrator - SIMS, with the opportunity for additional management responsibilities as they become established in the role.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience working in an education environment or similar support driven position and understand the diverse and wide range of tasks that are involved with supporting teaching staff, administrative staff and pupils. 

Additional knowledge of Google Workspace, server functionality, Microsoft 365 services essential and experience with cyber-security is equally important.

Hurlingham is an independent co-educational Prep School in London for ages 2-11. The School’s ethos is to provide a happy, secure atmosphere in which children can be the best that they can be.
