Head of KS1 and EYFS

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced KS1 and EYFS teacher to play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team of our prestigious Junior School, where girls achieve the highest academic standards and are happy, engaged, and motivated to do their best.  

You will be pivotal in providing leadership on policy/strategic direction and development, teaching and learning, curriculum development, extra curricular activities and pastoral care.

With your wealth of skills and experience you will lead by example, providing inspiration and motivation for staff and students as well as training and developing colleagues.

You will have successful teaching experience across KS1 and/or EYFS, with a track record of consistently enabling pupils to achieve high standards, along with considerable curriculum leadership.

If you can work effectively as a member of a leadership team, show initiative and imagination, have vision and the ability to inspire others and possess knowledge of current educational developments and research in relation to the age group and primary education in general, we would be delighted to hear from you.
